Our process:

WE LISTEN: To ensure accuracy in visually communicating your ideas and initiative, the first step in the process is for you to describe your project to us in detail. That will help us learn everything that is unique about you and your venture so we can express that in the design concepts.

WE ACT: Immediately following our preliminary discussions, we will create and send initial concept examples for your review. Then, to help you narrow down the selections to a final design, we will take your feedback and make any revisions necessary to color and style, etc., and submit additional mockups until the design meets your approval.

WE FOLLOW THROUGH: Once your documents are completed, and you are completely satisfied with the outcome of your project, we will forward your files to you in formats consistent with the high standards of production vendors. We will also include a statement that transfers all legal rights of ownership to you.

WE FOLLOW UP: ImageFire focuses on forging solid, long-term working relationships with our clients. Printing, graphics production and Internet production services are also available through us. Utilizing our full spectrum of services will ultimately save you time, money, energy and result in quality work and complete satisfaction.

WE GUARANTEE: If at any time during the design process, you find that you are not completely satisfied with our work and services, all you have to do is let us know and we will release your escrowed funds or return deposit in full and release you from any further obligation. It is that simple!
