All first-time projects are price-quoted based on information provided by you in our design information response form and during our initial consultation. In order to protect both our interests, our policy is for all first-time clients to post payment-in-full through a third- party escrow and arbitration provider before work begins. However, if at any time during the design process, you find that you are not completely satisfied with our work and services, all you have to do is let us know and we will release your escrowed funds in full and release you from any further obligation. It is that simple!

After the first project has been completed, we happily make arrangements for our clients to render payments through PayPal or by company check via monthly billing.
