Work Ethic, Company Policies, Terms and Conditions of Visit and Hire:

During the time of any specified work in progress, our clients may receive original unpublished renderings (mockups) or other works created by ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX for consideration. We submit mockups for Client’s personal use only. They are not to be used, reproduced, copied, transmitted, or exhibited in any fashion. Every aspect of the designs (with the exception of registered trademarks and/or unlicensed imagery or text) remains the sole property of ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX until payment has been rendered and received in full. At that time, all rights transfer according to specifications of agreements between the parties and applicable United States and International Copyright Laws.

Our Clients assume and retain all liability for patent and copyright infringement associated with any project completed according to their explicit specifications and/or images or written copy submitted to us by them.

Upon project completion:

ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX acknowledges that they have no right to or interest in any copyright to final work, products, documents, reports, or other materials resulting from the services performed to complete projects. ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX agrees that the services and products listed in their agreements are especially commissioned by the Employer as "works made-for-hire" (as that term is used in the Copyright Law of the United States). At the time of project completion, ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX transfers to the Employer the copyright of the final work described in this Agreement for the term of the copyright defined by law.

In the event that the services and products created for projects are for any reason deemed not to have been “works made-for-hire,” ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX assigns to the Employer all right, title and interest they may have in the final services and final products. This includes all copyrights, publishing rights, and rights to use, reproduce and otherwise exploit the services and products created in all formats, media, and channels.

ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX retains all rights to all designs, renderings, mockups, illustrations, and any other works rejected by the Client in the process of completing any project(s).

ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX further retains the right to reproduce and display all collaterals associated with design concepts and completed projects as portfolio (or work) samples in print and electronic forms, including but not limited to publishing those works on this website.

All imagery, copy and links was published on our website through contractual agreement, written and/or verbal, with the copyright holder(s) or end users of works created by ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX. They are not to be used, reproduced, copied, transmitted, or exhibited in any fashion. Under circumstances where licensing with third party entities may be relevant, the responsibility for acquiring such licensing falls upon the end user of those works through contractual agreements with ImageFire Design and/or Westech Graphics FX. Permission to use that imagery or copy must be obtained through those individuals.

ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX respects the intellectual property rights and legal copyright of everyone as defined by law. We never intentionally use, reproduce, copy, transmit or exhibited in any fashion property which belongs to anyone else without their expressed written permission. However, sometimes unintentional mistakes happen. In the event that any imagery or copy has been published on our websites that should not be present, please notify us and we will remove it immediately.

All visitors to our site, potential clients, and current clients agree to accept the before mentioned as normal terms and conditions of browsing our site and conducting business with ImageFire Design/Westech Graphics FX.
